Download the report

1. Click the file name of the report or layout you want to download in the tables below.
2. If prompted to save the file, browse to where you want to save the file, then click Save.
   
   Depending on your web browser, the file may automatically save to your Downloads folder. To view your Downloads folder, press Ctrl + J on your keyboard.

Copy the report into Sage 50 Payroll

1. Browse to the downloaded file.
2. Right-click the report file, then click Copy.
3. In Sage 50 Payroll, on the menu bar click Help, then click About.
4. Under Program Details, click the Reports directory path.
5. Double-click UserDef, right-click somewhere in this window and then click Paste.

You can now find the downloaded report in Reports on the Employee toolbar, then User Defined (Local)
