Resolution
  1. On the menu bar, click Company/Payroll then click Company Details.
  2. Click the Email tab.
  3. Select the Use Email Feature check box.
  4. If required, complete the following information:

Show Message Before Sending PayslipAll payslip emails use the same default message. Select this check box to preview or personalise each of your employee’s payslip emails before sending them.
Request Read ReceiptCheck this box to receive notifications upon the email's reception and opening.
PDF PasswordIf you want, you can type a master password. This allows you to open email and PDF payslips generated from Sage Payroll, without entering the employee's PIN password.

This password is for security purposes only, so the wrong person can’t view the payslips. It doesn't prevent someone from editing a PDF payslip if they have PDF writing software.

  5. Click OK.

You can now email documents from your Sage Payroll.

TIP: The email address used to send the emails is the default Outlook profile on your machine. If you need to Switch to another Outlook email profilefollow Microsoft's guidance.
