When you enter your password incorrectly three times in a row, your account automatically locks for five minutes.

If this happens, you have three options:

• Option 1 - wait five minutes until the account automatically unlocks
• Option 2 - force account to unlock by resetting your password
• Option 3 - create a new My Sage login using a different email address
