Link your My Sage account login to a second account
Description

My Sage is personalised for you to:

  • View your account information
  • Find your serial number and activation key for your software
  • Check your invoices and account balance
  • Download your software
  • Access support
  • Manage access to your account details

If someone creates their own Sage account, you can link it to the same My Sage account to view the details above.

Resolution

Link to a second Sage account

  1. Go to my.sage.co.uk, and select Sign in.
    • If no option to Sign in appears, skip ahead to Step 4
  2. Enter your Email and select Continue.
  3. Enter your Password and select Log In.
  4. Go to My account, then Change accounts.
  5. Select Link to an account.
  6. Select I am a new or existing Sage Customer, Business Partner, Accountant or Developer.
  7. Select Next, then enter your contact details.
  8. Select Next, then enter your account details.
    • You only need to enter two of the three items of information to identify any existing accounts
  9. Select Next.

A message notifies you that either you've linked an account, or that the system has emailed an account administrator for authorisation.

If you receive a message that the system has emailed the account administrator, you must wait for them to give access.
