Change your My Sage login email
Description

If you have a new email address that you want to use to access My Sage, you have a couple of options:

  • Change your existing Sage account email address to your new one
  • Have an administrator user add your new email to the My Sage account

▼ Change your existing Sage account email address

Log in to account.sso.sage.com and change your Sage account email address.

This updates the email address you use to log in to My Sage and other Sage products and services on your account.

▼ Have an admin user add your new email

Create a new Sage account using your new email address. You need to do this before an administrator can add it to the existing account.

Then, add that Sage account to your My Sage account. For help with doing this, follow our article on how to add access for a new user in your My Sage account.
