Resolution | Back up a single payroll - Open Sage Payroll and log in to the payroll you want to back up.
- From the menu bar at the top of your window, click Miscellaneous then click Backup.
- Click Browse and locate where you want to save the backup, then click OK.
- Click Backup, then click OK.
Back up all payrolls in your software - Full system backup - Open Sage Payroll and log in as the system administrator.
- From the menu bar at the top of your window, click Miscellaneous then click Backup.
- Click Select All.
- To back up all system files, select the Backup System Files check box.
- Click browse , and locate where you want to save the backup, then click OK.
- Click Backup, then click OK.
