Suppliers credit control
Description

Credit control is an essential part of business and helps you manage your cash flow and avoid late payments and bad debts.

Manage your outstanding creditors by:

  • Viewing transaction histories and aged balances for your accounts
  • Recording contacts for suppliers
  • Making suggested payments
  • Disputing items
  • Handling bad debts
  • Writing off invoices

 TIP: You can manage your outstanding debtors using the Chase Debt option.

Manage payments

Use the Supplier manage payments window to check information, such as overdue balances or promised payments.


Record communications

Check the options available on the Supplier record Communications tab to record contact with your suppliers.


View a supplier's transaction history

See your transactions and aged balances in the Supplier record Activity tab.

Flag transactions in dispute

Flag supplier invoices as in dispute to record unresolved matters or service issues.


Write off outstanding transactions

You can use the Write off, Refunds and Returns wizard to write-off bad debt, transactions or accounts.


Suggested payments to suppliers

Pay your suppliers using the suggest payments option to prioritise your available funds.
