My Future Fund: Employee welcome letter template

Download and use the Welcome to My Future Fund letter template for employees you enrol through Sage 50 Payroll Ireland.

When the National Automatic Enrolment Retirement Savings Authority (NAERSA) enrols an employee in My Future Fund, you need to let them know within 60 days.

We’ve made this easy with a letter you can use. It explains how My Future Fund works, the contributions, and when employees can choose to opt out. You can send it by post, email, or any other way that suits you.

To use the template:

1. Download the onboarding employee letter below.
2. Complete the details for each employee:
   • Name
   • PPSN
   • Employer name
   • Enrolment date
3. Send it to the employee within 60 days of their enrolment date.
