The auto-enrolment payroll notification log

Use the auto-enrolment payroll notification (AEPN) log in Sage 50 Payroll Ireland to review the AEPNs you’ve applied to employees.

View the AEPN Log

The AEPN Log lists every AEPN you’ve retrieved. You can filter by period date or export a detailed report to see what changed for each employee.

1. Go to Direct Payroll Reporting, then select AEPN.
2. Select View AEPN Log.
   • To sort the data, select any column heading
3. In the From and To boxes, enter the period date range you want to view.
   • By default, all retrieved AEPNs for the current tax year appear
4. To view detailed AEPN information, select Export Details next to the relevant entry.

Options available

• To print the report, select the Printer icon
• To save a PDF copy, select the Save icon
• To close the report, select X in the top-right corner
• To close the View AEPN Log window, select Close
