You can update employee details in Sage HR Online Services. There are some details you can amend directly in Sage HR Online Services, but also some via Sage 50 Payroll Ireland.

Details you can edit manually in Sage HR Online Services

There are some details you can edit directly in an employee's profile in Sage HR Online Services. 

To get to an employee's profile:

  1. Either search for the employee, or browse to them via Company on the main menu.
  2. Click the relevant tab on the profile menu, such as Employee or Personal.
  3. Add any additional information or edit current details as required.
  4. Once finished, scroll down to the bottom and click Save.

Below are the details you can edit in the Employee and Personal tab of an employee's Sage HR profile.

 NOTE: Some of the details are only available if you enable them in Global permissions.

Employee details you can edit via Sage 50 Payroll Ireland

After you save your changes in Sage 50 Payroll Ireland, they'll automatically update in Sage HR Online Services.

  • Country

 NOTE:  The email address (work email) is what the employee uses to log in. This is why there's a specific process to change an employee's email address.
