Resolution

Change the system administrator password

  1. Log in to Sage 50 Payroll Ireland as ADMIN.
  2. Go to Security, then select Users.
  3. Select Change Password on the ADMIN entry line.
  4. Enter your password into both fields. The password must:
    • Be between eight and 15 characters
    • Include at least one letter
    • Include at least one number
    • Include at least one special character

  5. Select OK, then OK again.
You can now log in as the system administrator with your new password.
