Payroll Year-End Checklist

1. Part 1: Prepare for payroll year end

   • Check if you have an extra pay run
   • Enter the last working day for all leavers in 2025
   • Process your final pay run and any holiday pay

2. Part 2: Process your payroll year end

   • Review your employees’ pay values
   • Produce your Employee Details Statements

3. Part 3: Get ready for the new tax year

   • Renew your ROS digital certificate
   • Retrieve new RPNs for all employees
   • Retrieve new AEPNs for all employees
