How to print payslips in Sage Payroll.

Description

You can print your payslips after you’ve completed your pay run.

NOTE:

Payslips in payroll aren't compatible with special Sage stationary.

Resolution

To print payslips:

  1. Process the pay run as normal until the Completed Pay Run window appears.
  2. In the Employee Pay Breakdown section, do one of the following:
  • Print a particular employee’s payslip. Select the PDF PDF icon. option beside their name
  • Print all employees’ payslips. Select Export All Payslips then PDF Payslips

    NOTE:

    Depending on your internet browser, the payslip opens in a new window or tab.


  1. Using your browser options, download or print the payslips.
