Delete a quote or estimate

How to delete a quote or estimate in Sage Accounting.

Resolution

To keep your quote numbers sequential, set the quote as declined rather than deleting it.

To delete quotes, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Sales,  and select Quotes & Estimates.
  2. Select the check box next to the quote you want to delete.
  3. If you want to delete more than one quote, repeat the previous step for each of them.
  4. From the action toolbar, select the Delete button. Select Yes when prompted.
