How to edit an unpaid purchase quick entry in Sage Accounting, and check the conditions that allow it.

Description

You can only edit a purchase quick entry when it's:

Free of allocations
Not paid
Not on a VAT Return

If the quick entry doesn't meet these conditions, you can't edit it. Read fix a greyed out purchase quick entry for more information.

Resolution

Go to Purchases, then select Quick entries.
Select the transaction you want to change.
Edit the information.
Select Save.
