Your Cloud software is automatically backed up for you but you can create a local copy of your data from Accounting Start.

Resolution

With Cloud software like Accounting all your data is automatically backed up for you and stored on our secure servers, so there is no need for a function to create a local backup in this application.

To create a local copy of your data instead of a traditional backup, you can export it in several different ways and save the files for later:

Export reports as CSV files for all transactions
Export your Chart of Accounts
Check the Audit Trail Report. This provides details of all transactions entered into Accounting, including deleted transactions
