Fix blank reports when printing or previewing

Why this happens

• You haven't saved any timesheets for the period
• You haven't ended the period
• Your print settings need changes

Steps to fix blank reports

1. Make sure you saved at least one timesheet for the period.
2. Check if you need to end the period before running the report.
3. Check your print settings by following the steps below.

Steps to check print settings

1. Go to Other Reports.
2. Select the report you want to run.
3. Select Setup.
4. Check these settings:
   • Orientation: Choose portrait or landscape
   • Paper: Choose the correct size and source
   • Margins: Set From Left and From Top to 0, and set Units to inches
5. Select OK, then run the report again.

If different margin values appear, note them, set them to zero, then try the report again. If the margins are correct and the report is still blank, check the font settings and try again.
