Send payment settings to Microsoft Excel from Sage 50 Payroll Ireland.

Resolution

You can export payment settings to Microsoft Excel. This helps you review settings without opening each item. You can also use the file for auditing or timesheet imports.

 TIP: You can also send deduction settings to Microsoft Excel. 

  1. Open Sage 50 Payroll Ireland, then log in to a payroll.
  2. Go to Company/Payroll, then select Payments.
  3. Select Export, then choose a save location.
  4. Select Save, then choose Yes or No when prompted.
  5. Select Close to exit Payments.
    • Select Yes to open the file in Microsoft Excel
    • Select No to save the file and close the window
