This guide explains how to import your employee timesheets into Sage Payroll.
Description
If you have a licence for Sage Payroll Professional, you can import hours and values into your employees' timesheets using a correctly structured CSV file. This can be a very useful feature, if you prefer to record payroll values in Microsoft Excel or use a time and attendance software.

Resolution
Import Timesheets
- On the menu bar, click Processing then click Time and Pay.
- Under Entry mode, select Import.
- Next to the File Location box, click browse .
- Browse to and select the CSV file, then click Continue.
- To print a list of the timesheet data you want to import, click Print Detailed View.
- To import and save the timesheet values, click Save Time and Pay then click OK.
