Enter employee hours, pay, and deductions in the Time and Pay window in Sage 50 Payroll Ireland.
- Go to Processing, then select Time and Pay.
- Choose an Entry mode:
- Random: Select employees one by one
- Sequential: Process a range of employees
- Automatic: Use details you’ve already entered in employee records, such as fixed salaries
- Import: Import hours and values from a CSV or time-and-attendance system
- Batch: Enter timesheet information for a group of employees
- Select Continue to open the Time and Pay window.
- Enter or update the employee’s hours, pay, and deductions.
- To check the payslip, select Payslip.
- Select Save.
- Repeat for each employee in the period.
