Back up your Sage 50 Payroll Ireland data.

Resolution

Regular backups keep your payroll data safe and easy to recover if something goes wrong.

 NOTE: Save backups to a secure location, such as a network drive, secondary disk, or USB stick. Don't save backups in your Sage 50 Payroll Ireland program or data folders. 

Back up a single payroll

  1. Open Sage 50 Payroll Ireland and log in to the payroll.
  2. Go to Miscellaneous, then select Backup.
  3. Select Browse, choose where to save the backup, then select OK.
  4. Select Backup, then OK.

Back up all payrolls - Full system backup

  1. Open Sage 50 Payroll Ireland and log in as the system administrator.
  2. Go to Miscellaneous.
  3. Select Backup, then Select All.
  4. To include system files, select Backup System Files.
  5. Select Browse, choose where to save the backup, then select OK.
  6. Select Backup, then OK.
