Description

Apple offers several Macs, for example, iMac, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro. These all run the Mac OS X operating system. Most Sage software needs Windows, but you can still use it by running Windows in a virtual machine.

Support entitlement

We will fully support you if you have issues with Sage software in a Windows environment.

We don't support the Mac operating system, emulators, Windows installations, or issues related to these operating systems.


Do we offer environmental support for Macs?

If you install Sage software on an Apple Mac, you do so at your discretion. We do offer help with the installation of Sage software in a Windows environment. 

We can't investigate or support problems caused by running Sage software on an Apple Mac.

We don’t test on Windows emulators or virtualised environments like Parallels, and we can’t confirm product compatibility.
