Update the Construction Workers Pension Scheme rates effective from 3 August 2026

NOTE:
Add the new rates when you move into the first CWPS period dated 3 August 2026 or later.
Download and add the CWPS rates
Back up your payroll data.
Go to
Help
, then select
System Information
.
Select
Data Directory
.
Download the
CWPS rate changes file
.
If prompted, save the file and make a note of the file name.
Locate the downloaded ZIP file.
Right-click the ZIP file, then select
Extract All
.
Choose where you want to extract the files, then select
Extract
.
Open the extracted folder.
Select
CWPSCONT.DBF
and
CWPSCONT.CDX
.
Right-click the selected files, then select
Copy
.
Return to the
Data Directory
you opened earlier.
Right-click inside the folder, then select
Paste
.
Check the new rates
Open Sage 50 Payroll Ireland.
Select
Company/Payroll
, then
Construction Workers Pension
.
Open the
Rates
tab, then check that the new
CWPS rates
appear.
