Sage 200

On Sunday 15 February 2026, we’ll be updating the Sage Provisioning Portal between 4:00PM and 6:00PM UTC.

During this time, the Sage Provisioning Portal won’t be available.

What you need to do

Customers using Sage 200 Standard, Sage for Education, or Sage 200 Professional via Sage Partner Cloud Programme before the maintenance window starts will keep access.

Anyone who tries to log in after the maintenance starts will be unable to do so until the maintenance is complete.

What’s included in the release?

We’ll add various new features to the Provisioning Portal to support our new product deployment that’s coming later this year. The functionality will be unavailable until launch.

We also have operational improvements relating to how we manage trials and email notification templates.

We’ll be communicating the Sage Provisioning Portal maintenance in the following ways:

  • Updating status.sage.com
  • Adding an in-product Launchpad message (Standard, Education and Professional via Sage Partner Cloud variants only)
