When retrieving an AEPN, the following error can appear:

'You have not registered your company with NAERSA, or you have no eligible employees for My Future Fund pensions.'

This error appears for one of these reasons:

• You haven't registered with My Future Fund
• There are no AEPNs to retrieve

1. Check if you’ve registered with My Future Fund.
   • If you haven’t, go to myfuturefund.ie and complete the registration
2. Once you’re registered, go back to Sage 50 Payroll Ireland and try retrieving AEPNs again.

If you still see the error, it means there are no AEPNs available for your employees.
