Maintenance Notification

Sage 200

We’re updating the version of Sage 200 Professional in the Sage Provisioning Portal to 2025 R2. Maintenance will take place between 12:00 and 17:00 PM on 28 November 2025.

During this time, Sage 200 Professional will be unavailable.

This version brings a range of enhancements, from customer-led innovation to new features, all aimed at making the Sage 200 experience even better. Find out more in the Sage 200 What’s New guide.

Note: The changes don’t apply automatically to existing customers using Sage 200 Professional through the Sage Partner Cloud (SPC) programme on the Sage Provisioning Portal. Work with your customers to plan their upgrades as usual.

What you need to do

To avoid service disruption, don’t start any new deployments during this time. Once the maintenance has finished, all new deployments through the Sage Provisioning Portal will run on the latest Sage 200 Professional 2025 R2 version.
