If you try to retrieve an auto-enrolment payroll notification (AEPN) before the service is active, you receive the following error: 'Unable to connect to the Internet. Please fix these issues before trying again.' You don’t need to do anything. Your Sage 50 Payroll Ireland and licence are working normally. There’s no action to take right now. Once the AEPN service becomes active in mid-December, you can retrieve them. |
