This is an identification number used for transporting goods between the UK and Northern Ireland. We've added a UKIMS Number field to customer and supplier records in Sage 50 Accounts v33 and above. You can add up to 64 characters in this field.

You can add this number to sales orders and purchase orders when required.

Add to customers or suppliers

1. Go to Customers or Suppliers and double-click the required record.
2. Enter the number in the UKIMS field in the Registered address section.
