Bank Feeds - No new transactions appear when I refresh the feed

Resolution

Restart the data services

To resolve this stop and start the data services on the computer that holds your data.


Check your version

If the issue persists, continue with the steps below for your version.

  1. Click Help and click About.
  2. Under Program Details in the left column, note the Version Number.

▼v29.2 or above

If you’re using v29.2 or above and are getting an error message, restart the machine where the data is held. After restarting the machine, they don't appear. Contact us on 0191 479 5955.

 NOTE: Make sure all users are logged out when restarting the machine where the data is held. 

If you aren’t getting an error message, the next step would be to disconnect and reconnect the bank feed once five working days have passed. 

Once you reconnect your bank account, and if they still don't appear, contact us on 0191 479 5955.

▼v29.0 or below

If you’re using v29.0 or below and are getting an error message, restart the machine where the data is held. After restarting the machine, they don't appear. Contact us on 0191 479 5955.
