To reverse a write-off transaction or an account created by the write off, Refunds and Returns wizard.

Reverse the write-off

You need to remove the automatic reference that the Write Off wizard created, then delete the transaction.

1. Go to Transactions and locate and select the write-off transaction.
2. Select Edit.
3. Delete 'BADDBT' in the Reference field.
4. Press Save then Yes.
5. Select the write-off transaction then press Delete.
6. Press Delete again, then Yes.
