Suspending a recurring entry will stop it from automatically running on its usual schedule. 

1. Select Bank accounts, then press Recurring items.
2. Select the recurring entry you want to suspend, then press Edit.
3. Select the Suspend Posting? checkbox.
4. Press OK then Close.
