Export all products and services
Description

Use this option to export all stock, non-stock, or service records into separate CSV files.

The export includes all data except Analysis Types.

You can then make bulk changes and import the file back into Accounting.

NOTE:

The export includes a unique ID that matches updates to existing records when you reimport the file.

Cause
Resolution
  1. Go to Products and Services.
  2. From the New Item dropdown, select Export Items.
  3. In the pop-up window, select the type of item you want to export (Stock, Non-stock, or Services).
  4. Select Export. It takes a few minutes for the file to be ready. Look for a notification on the toolbar.

NOTE:

You can only export one file at a time. Wait for it to finish before starting another.
