Description

When adding a user, you get the error message:

'Something went wrong.'

This happens because of browser issues, such as cached data, cookies, extensions, or an outdated browser. Follow the steps below to fix it.

Clear cache and cookies

 NOTE: You need to sign in again after clearing your data. 

  1. Open your browser settings.
  2. Find Clear browsing data.
  3. Select Cookies and Cached images and files.
  4. Select Clear data.
  5. Sign in again and try to add the user.

Try a private window

Private browsing removes cached data from the session.

  1. Open an incognito/private window.
  2. Sign in.
  3. Try to add the user again.

Try a different browser

If the error continues, switch to another browser, such as Firefox, Edge, or Chrome.


Update your browser

Make sure you run the latest version. Updates fix common compatibility issues.


Disable browser extensions

Security and ad-blocking extensions sometimes block Sage features.

  1. Temporarily disable extensions.
  2. Reload the page.
  3. Try the action again.

Restart your device

A restart refreshes your system and clears temporary issues.
