Use the Bank Deposit option to record money transferred from a cash account to a current or savings account.

Create a bank deposit

1. Click Banking then select your Cash account.
2. From New Entry, select Bank Deposit.
3. Enter a Paying in Reference.
4. Enter the amount of cash you which to transfer.
5. Choose the account you wish to transfer to from the Bank Account dropdown.
6. Confirm the date.
7. Select Save.
