Group customers, suppliers and products by analysis types to view them in reports like Aged Debtors or Aged Creditors.

Add a Customer or Supplier Group analysis Type

1. Go to Contacts, then select Customers or suppliers.
2. Locate and click into the customer or supplier profile.
3. Select the Options tab.
4. Select the Pencil Icon in the Analysis Types section.
5. Select the dropdown box and choose the Group analysis.
6. Select Save.

This will now place them in a specific group for reporting you can adjust at any time. 

Add a Product Group analysis

1. Go to Products and services.
2. Select New Item.
3. Fill in the details for the product or service.
4. In the Additional Information section, select the dropdown box and choose the Product Group.
5. Select Save.

Add the Product Group to existing products or services.

1. Go to Products and services.
2. Select the Product or service you wish to add the Group analysis too.
3. Select Edit.
4. In the Additional Information section, select the dropdown box and choose the Product Group.
5. Select Save.
