| Resolution | Before you get started Check the email address you're using to log in with. Is it the same one you used to create your account? If you recently changed your email with us, use the new one. If you're trying to log into My Sage for Sage 50 Account, read Log in to Sage 50 Accounts. Resolve login error (EC02) authentication - Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Visit app.sbc.sage.com.
- Enter your email address and password.
