Description

When you first purchase Sage software, your welcome email includes your account number, serial number and activation key.

You enter these details to your Sage software to activate it, and access the features you subscribed to.

You can retrieve these details from your My Sage Account online.

Alternatively, if you have your serial number and postcode, you can retrieve your account number using the form below.

NOTE:

If you're based in the Republic of Ireland and don't have a postcode, select the checkbox beside I don't have a postcode. Enter the last five digits of your organisation's telephone number instead.
