My Sage - EC02 Error once logged in
Description

To avoid EC02 errors, you need to make sure you log into the correct area of the Sage.com website.

To log in to My Sage, go to https://www.sage.com/en-gb/products/login/ and then:

  1. Scroll down to the Log in to My Sage section at the bottom of the page.
  2. Select Log into My Sage for the relevant product:

  3. Enter your Email address and click Continue.
  4. Enter your Password then click log in.

 TIP: You can bookmark https://www.sage.com/en-gb/products/login/ to make finding the login page easier for next time.
