The VAT Return list is where you can see all the VAT Returns you've created at a glance.

You can view details of the return. This includes:

• The value
• Return dates
• Status
• Whether you've recorded a payment or a refund

1. Go to Reports.
2. Select VAT returns.

From here you can:

• Create a new VAT Return
• Delete a draft VAT Return
• See when the VAT Return was submitted
• Check the status of each VAT Return
• Find out what VAT Returns have been paid

To view details of an existing VAT Return, select View. You can then:

• Submit a draft VAT Return
• Record when you pay or receive a reclaim for a VAT Return
• Print a copy of the VAT Return
• View and print the detailed VAT Return report that shows you every transaction included
