When you no longer use a product, service or stock item, you can make it inactive.

This hides these items from the products and services list. It also prevents you from adding them to sales and purchase documents.

1. Open Products and services.
2. Open the relevant record from the list, then select Edit.
3. In the Item Information section, select the Inactive checkbox.
4. Select Save.
