| Resolution | - Open Sage 50 Accounts click Help and About and make a note of the following:
- Serial Number
- Activation Key
- Account Number
- Check these registration details are the same as stated in your order confirmation email.
 TIP: Can't find your details? Don't worry you can use your Account Number and Postcode to find your serial number and activation key. Read more > - Click the relevant option:
My details are the same > - Open Sage 50 Accounts.
- Click Tools then Activation and Refresh Licence.
- Confirm details and click OK.
My details are different > - Open Sage 50 Accounts.
- Click Tools then Activation and Update Licence.
- Enter your serial number and activation key from your order confirmation or checker, then click Continue.
- Enter your account reference, click Continue then click OK.
