To resolve this error, if you've included a charity fund reference on your import file in error, or if you use Sage 50 Essentials which has no Charity feature, you should remove the reference from the file. Alternatively, simply enable Charity\Non-Profit options in your company preferences.

  1. Click Settings, then click Company Preferences
  2. Then click Parameters, then in the Others section select the Enable Charity\Non-Profit options check box.
  3. Click OK.

You can now try the import again.
