Based on your feedback, in Sage 50 Accounts v28.1 and above we've added the options to search and filter on your quotations list. Let's walk through the changes.

Your quotations list

In Sage 50 Accounts Professional and above, you can create both sales order quotations and invoice quotations. To make it easier to find what you need, the Quotations module now makes it clear what type of quotations are listed. The module now lists either:

• Sales order quotations, or
• Invoice quotations

To choose which type is displayed:

1. Open the Settings menu, then click Invoice & Order Defaults.
2. In the Convert quotes to drop-down, click the type you want to display in Quotations, then click OK.

You can now see quotes for your chosen type in the Quotations window and you can narrow the list down by status using the drop-down menu at the top of the quotations list.

Quick search and filter

To help you find particular quotations more easily, the Quotations module now has same Filter and quick search options that you already benefit from in other modules.
