I didn't receive my registration or forgotten password email for the Sage Thru Dropbox
Description

If you have completed the registration to the Sage Thru Dropbox or used the 'Forgot Password?' option via the form below but have not received an email, follow the guidance below.

The emails come from [email protected]

Check your Spam and\or Junk email folders, search (All Folders) for emails from the above address, add the address to a safe list and check with your IT support to ensure the email has not been blocked at a server level.

If you are unable to find the email, notify the Sage 200 Technical Support representative who requested the data to let them know you are having difficulties and provide them with the email address for which you are having problems.

If the matter is urgent or you experience difficulties outside of normal office hours consider using an alternative email address as a temporary workaround.
