Your account will block if you enter an incorrect password too many times, or if we detect unusual activity on your account.

1. An alert appears on the Log in to Sage window when you lock your account. You'll receive an email containing a link to verify your email address.
   
2. On the email, click the link to unlock your account and try logging in again.
   
   NOTE:  Find out what to do if No activation or verification email is received when using 'Forgot your password?' option.
