Use the import templates to help you import your data in the correct format. Let's take a look.

When you create an import file to import data into your software, we recommend you use our Excel templates. These templates include tips on what should be included in each column, compulsory fields are shown in blue and optional fields are shown in yellow.

 NOTE: You can use our other handy guide if you need to Import journals.

To get to these templates: 

1. In Sage 50 Accounts click Help, then click About. 
2. In the Program Details section, click the Program Directory link.
   
3. Double-click the Import Templates folder.
   
4. Double-click the import file you require.
