How do I record a stock adjustment out?
Description

It's important to ensure your stock levels are correct so you know how much you have to sell. You can use the Adjustment out option to decrease the stock level for a product. Product adjustments only apply to product records with the type of stock item as they are the only records that have stock levels. Other types, non-stock and service, do not have stock levels.

When you use the Adjustment out option the following updates are made:

  • The in stock quantity of the product decreases by the quantity of the adjustment on a first-in-first-out basis. This is recorded as an Adjustment Out (AO).
