Cost Analysis Details
Description
Use the Cost Analysis Details feature to check and edit payment and deduction values associated with departments and cost centres.
 NOTE: This is only necessary when you need to perform a mid-year setup.

Use Cost Analysis Details

  1. On the menu bar, click Company/Payroll, then click Cost Analysis Details.
     TIP: Click the browse buttonbeside the Department or Cost Centre fields, or click one of these fields and press F2 key on your keyboard to access a list of your existing departments and cost centres. 
  2. In the Cost Analysis Details window, review the payments and deductions information and make any necessary changes.
  • Click Save to store the details in the window
  • Click Ignore to abandon the changes you've made
  • Click Cancel to exit the screen. The program prompts you to confirm that you want to abandon any unsaved changes
Field name Requirement
Department The ID of the relevant department.
Cost centre The ID of the relevant cost centre concerned.
PRSI TP The value of PRSI This Period.
PRSI TM The value of PRSI This Month.
PRSI TY The value of PRSI This Year.
Pay / Ded The payment or deduction code, as appropriate.
Hours TP / TM / TY The hours corresponding to the payment for This Period (TP), This Month (TM) or This Year (TY).
Value TP / TM / TY The value corresponding to the payment or deduction for This Period (TP), This Month (TM) or This Year (TY).
