Connect your existing Microsoft 365 licence to your Sage account
Description

To connect your existing Microsoft 365 licence to your Sage licence, you need Sage to email you a user agreement. Follow this article to be provided with that email if you already have an existing Microsoft 365 subscription.

Resolution
Connecting your existing Microsoft 365 tenant is simple. We’ll email you a user agreement that allows Sage 50 Accounts apps and add-ins access to Microsoft 365. This doesn’t affect your Microsoft 365 subscription or any other existing support contracts you might have.

By connecting your existing tenant, you can benefit from some great new features, including:

  • Sage Cloud Backup – Automatically sync your backups with OneDrive to store your backups in the cloud.
  • Documents to OneDrive – Reduce paperwork by storing copies of documents such as invoices and statements in OneDrive.

How do I get this email?

Submit this query online >

On the online query submission, select Microsoft 365 as the product, and in the description state you want to connect your existing Microsoft Office 365 to your Sage account.

Once your licence is connected, you can begin to integrate Sage 50 Accounts with Microsoft 365.
