Resolution
  1. Go to Help, then select System Information.
  2. Select the Program Directory link.
  3. In the folder, find Repgen.exe.
  4. Right-click Repgen.exe, select Send to, then select Desktop (create shortcut).
  5. Double-click the new shortcut to open ARW.
